Kevin Hoeft, Wealth Advisor Grateful for the opportunity to give back to my alma mater, Waukesha West High School, during a UW Credit Union volunteer event yesterday. Spent a rewarding afternoon painting classrooms alongside colleagues and it was extra special to reconnect with my brothers, Brian Hoeft and Douglas Hoeft. We even stopped by the band room to see our old drum major plaque still proudly hanging on the wall. A great reminder of where it all started!

These families are here for a place to rest and recharge while their children receive care at local hospitals. ❤️At UW Credit Union giving back to our community is something we truly value. It was a joy to spend time with my fellow loan officers while supporting such an important cause. 🍓What was on the menu, you ask? Chicken Caesar salad sandwiches and vanilla pound cake topped with a summer berry mix—simple, fresh, and made with love!

I was unsure it was the right move and then I discovered a new passion: the relationship between performance and learning. It was an element that I couldn’t quite put my finger on for years. Say yes to projects and opportunities; you never know what unexpected surprises await. So grateful for my leaders at UW Credit Union- Fisnik and Laura. They supported my visit to the Workhuman live conference in Denver. Elizabeth and I were in awe of this event. If you are in HR or want to study work culture, you need to attend next year.
