Full benefits package, including standard health, life and other insurance, flex spending, leaves of absence, disability, 401k, employee stock purchase plan and even legal services. Time off is PTO so I can get more vacation if I don't have sick days.

The benefits for the Denver area are pretty average. I give high marks for the health insurance. Vacation is less than I'd hoped and there is no profit sharing or other bonuses.

401k, Paid time off, and a reasonable attendance policy.
The "Health Insurance" is with a company that No doctor's office has heard of and it is Hell trying to get your specific doctor in network with that company.
No Paid Maternity leave, only FMLA & Short Term Disability, which only pays 60% of your income for 6 weeks and let me tell you, in order to get even that is fighting tooth and nail.
I was already back at work before I got the payment for the short term disability.

Based on reputation the benefit package of this company should be fairly extensive and comprehensive, However this aspect was not dicussed during the interview I participated in.

Company perks are reduced each year to be "on par" with parent company, but none of the parent company perks (additional holidays, more PTO, education benefit) have been added to KCC. No raises or bonuses for years on end.

Coverage is comprehensive, but expensive if covering dependents.

Great 401K and paid time off. Medical co-pay is high.
