Computershare benefits

The price of the benefits package at Computershare is outrageous.

The benefits package is in line with most other companies in the area. Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO package, etc. Wellness deductions and credits are also available.

Flexible work hours, ability to work remotely and good PTO are favorite benefits.

You start off with three weeks of vacation and the 401k benefits are competitive. They also have an ESPP that is a nice feature.

In the past the benefits package was ok but now the cost and deductible has gone up.

Best: Excellent paid time of - 15 days for new employees, 20 days after 3 years; 401k match program; Medical, Dental and Vision healthcare plans Worst: Salaries could be more competitive, salary raises given with more frequency OR better compensation for significant performance contributions.

Great Benefits package. Blue Cross/Blue Shield fantastic insurance.

Paid time off is a bank of days to use at the employee's discretion.
