One of the best things about Express Scripts is the benefits. They have 5 salary tiers for premiums so those earning more have have premiums to keep the benefits affordable for everyone at the company. Their PTO is one that is hard to match. They start with 4 weeks of PTO and they go up from there depending on years of service. Sick time is not offered which is probably why the PTO remains high but very competitive. 401K matches up to 6% after 1 year of service. Tuition Assistance is 5,250 per year as long as it is degree seeking. Your degree does not have to relate to your current position which is nice.

Company often gives out small promotional items as gifts. However has a weak benefit package to be in the health industry.

Accrue PTO hours per hours worked based on pay level and years of experience. Medical insurance is really good, company contributes to hra. Company matches 401k contribution.
