Great health insurance. If you work DOD accounts, you get company contributed 401k, PTO is earned. You can accumulate little over 12 hrs a month. So that totals over 144 hrs a year.

The best thing about the benefits with Express Scripts is the healthcare. The deductible on the consumer plus plan is a little high but they assist you with it and there are no copays for most things. It wasn't too difficult to get my partner on my insurance other than the fact that the company they contract to handle that type of thing is kind of incompetent.

The health insurance was quite good, but prescription copays were steep in some cases. The 401k was average, with the match, and vacation time was a plus, as you could call in the morning you intended to take off (email too)
