The vacation, general benefits, and 401k all meet or exceed my expectations. The worst thing about some of the company perks (i.e. food and overnight parking lot security) is that not all of them are available in every building.

The pay would be decent if I didn't work 13 hours a day, sometimes 6 days a week.

There was nothing wrong with the benefits. Sometimes I didn't know how to use the benefits package and sometimes left out with no help at all how to apply when I first started the job.

Very competitive benefits and wages. The best I've seen thus far!

No benefits for interns, which wasn't ideal, but not uncommon due to the temporary nature of the work.
