Benefits were great but a bit expensive. I was able to add my domestic partner which was nice. 401K matched to up to 6%. The company offered the whole 9 yards.

6% match on 401k, great health benefits at great cost if you are single, really expensive for dependents. Lots of PTO.
Doesn't match charity giving to anything but schools. Not to regular non-profits. Very cheap.
No volunteer time off.

no work/life balance; good medical coverage, but too expensive for a lot of people to take advantage of.

Health insurance options are limited, which is fine, if you only need to occasionally see your medical doctor for a check-up. If you need to see any specialists, have any tests done, forget it. You'll pay an arm and a leg for your deductible before you begin to see any "benefit" to your benefits.
