They have great benefits and are very helpful in your time of need. They will work with you to help you as a person, not their employee.

The best thing is the PTO policy. New employees start with 4 weeks per year and then earn more as time goes on. Employees with 10+ years at the company earn 6 weeks of PTO per year.

Pro: The company puts forth the first half of the $4k family deductible/ $2k individual, which is awesome. They match $1/$1 for the first 6% of your 401K contribution, and tuition reimbursement is around $5k/ year.
Con: Save up your own money if you are going on maternity leave! You get to claim short term disability for 6 weeks for 60% of your pay, after that you only get what you have saved up in PTO....pretty sad.

Costs are affordable and extensive. Health, Dental, Vision are good. Basic Life/AD&D insurance paid by company as is short and long term disability. Good match with 401K and vested immediately. Stock purchase program is good and stock is strong. PTO generous and increases with time on job.
You do not qualify immediately for Health, Dental and Vision. You need to be with company 1 year for 401K.

I didn't take advantage of the 401K or anything, I wasn't there long enough but I felt the time off and vacation scheduling was a pretty fair process.
