The health insurance is through Anthem BCBS. It is great with paying all providers but a big problem with one specialist because of changed in coding procedures. The office has to submit all claims by paper instead of electronically which takes forever. Since this a specialist that has to be seen every other week. The bill are stacking up and still there is no resolution from Anthem BCBS. They claim they never received anything but I know the office has been continuously submitting. No wonder providers stop accepting insurance.

Best is they have one, worst is for a "Healthcare PBM" the benefits are poor. The medication copay is higher for mail then the Walmart copay. Not a good incentive to get meds from their own company.
