Some work at home flexibility, reasonable pay, good 401K match, and good tuition reimbursement. The non-compete is very restrictive and outweighs anything else offered unless you are 100% certain you will retire from the company.

Insurance was real good till 3 years ago then it got real bad. You no longer have choices for what type of insurance you want or what best fits you and your family. Nice to have the option of dental and vision care. 401K was pretty good too. Time off was great till ESI took over. Then you had to earn your time off and it was topped off at 4 weeks. Medco employees had better time off.

You would think a billion dollar company would provide better benefits. Monthly premiums are high and you're pretty much forced to take the high deductible plan.

The healthcare and dental coverage are horrible. It is like not even having coverage. Employees have to pay a huge amonunt out of pocket because they only offer Consumer Driven Health Plans. Dental coverage, depending on which plan you select only covers $ 1,000 or $ 1.5000 per year which is nothimg if you are familiar with how expensive dental work is. The 401 k is decent with a 6% match. PTO accrual os great because the maximum you can ultimately accrue is over 9 hrs per pay period. The only down sidebis you cany accrue more than 280 hours. When bonuses are paid they ate decent depending on your job level.

If you don't get sick then the benefits are great, but I needed surgery and I couldn't afford to pay for it.

Great benefits. Dental is really good and the options for medical and other choices are expansive. Time off accumulates quickly and the bonuses are great.
