We are the test group for any major new initiatives. Sometimes I think we would be better off on the exchanges.

Employee share is good, its based on your salary. You get $50 off cost if you're a non smoker.

401k is good. You have to "earn" PTO with each pay period.

Health Insurance is horrible. Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) is horrible at best and flexible spending account can no longer be used for medical expenses.

The company only observes 6 holidays. Depending on your level, you get roughly 3 weeks of PTO per year.

The benefits package was uneven. The health benefits were very expensive on a bi-monthly basis but the bonus potentials were great. However, the bonus was dependent on a bell curve scale and someone always had to fall out on the bottom to meet percentages even if not deserved. This rating directly impacted your ability to receive a bonus and wasn't the most fair.

benefits are what you would expect of a company this size. Would rate it 4 out of 5 if asked to do so.
