Express Scripts benefits

Benefits are pretty standard. 401K match is 6%. Start with 4weeks PTO (which means sick days come from that). Not too many holidays (eg 1day for Christmas and Thanksgiving). Health insurance premiums are tired based on your salary. Only have co-insurance health left.. Which is fine if you're younger. Pretty open policy on WFH, but that's mainly because there isn't space for everyone. Bonuses are available to most everyone but the lowest levels.

There is a new (as of 2014) $100 per month surcharge for covering a spouse/partner that has the option to get other benefits. That is pretty painful if you have someone as a partner that has an option that is prohibitively expensive or where the coverage is very poor.

Excellent PTO, competitive salary, nice bonus potential. Like most companies health care costs have been increasing. Yearly merit increases have only been 2-3%.

The insurance given is top notch on all levels. It's also very inexpensive. The 401k is set up simple and is easy to make changes, with 6% annual company match. Many other benefits are also here but there are to many to list. If you work here then you can view these other benefits on the "Hub". Most of the other benefits have saved me a great deal of money.
