6 hours PTO earned every two weeks to start. Increases at year 3, 5, 8, & 10. Tuition reimbursement around $5K per year as full time employee after 5 months. Competitive insurance coverage costs. Employee stock purchase program available after vested.

The PTO is very good. You're given 160 hours a year to be used for vacation, sick time or just to take a day off. It comes in very handy when you need a mental break from getting up at 3am.
