The PTO is okay. After 5 years you are at 22 days. The problem is that you are expected to do emails and basically work while you are "on vacation".

Benefit package helps compensate for the salaries. The 401k match and amount of paid time off is competitive. Health insurance coverage is average. Prescription drug plan is restrictive (limited retail pharmacy access and drug formulary).

health insurance has gone done since i first worked there. Now there is a 2000 deductible and the 401K now is all ESI planned choices which is so new to the market.
