As previous Medco employee my salary was cut by 20% , bonus was cut by 40%. My sick bank was confiscated and benefits cost rose significantly.

Health coverage is awful. For a healthcare company, they should be ashamed!

PTO is a plus. 2 weeks of time off accrued throught the year so you're able to schedule time off very quickly. Benefit package was good, ability to order meds through ESI was a perk.

Overall benefits are average to slightly above average. However, the one point that was really disappointing was the cost for drug coverage. I could actually pay less for my family's prescription drug coverage through my wife's employer that it cost me as an employee. And my wife's company also used Express Scripts. That is just wrong.

Health benefits not bad in today's world. Dental and vision coverage was good. PTO time was good.
