RGIS benefits

They don't have benefits for part-time employees, but at the interview I was told that they were going to give me health and dental benefits after 3months of working there. Then after 3months they told me that part time employees don't get any benefits that I must have misheard the other manager who by that time didn't work there anymore.

No hourly benefits to speak of but plenty of opportunity for advancement

99% of those employed are hired as part time employees, (even though many employees work more then part time hours). As part timers, we didn't receive benefits.

It's basically up to you if you take this route.

There really isn't a benefit package to benefit from however they do have medical insurance but it isn't worth anything.

RGIS has great insurance for salaried employees (health, dental, optical, life). They have a 3% 401k match. Time off is good for people who are coming in new and negotiating well. 6 paid holidays per year. Use of 'sick' time is rigid, and work from home is non-existent (depending on what department you work for). Bonuses are on the lame side, and there are very few perks.
