RGIS benefits

they have no benefits really. the health insurance stinks

RGIS has a perks program that offers discounts on local dining, computer software, purchasing a car, etc. The healthcare coverage is reasonably priced with lower deductibles and fair copays.

Good health insurance and premiums, 401k is vested immediately upon eligibility.

We had flexible hours. A few weeks we would get a lot of hours. Most weeks we would get very few hours. I was paid $8.50 an hour while I was there.

the work schedule is great for someone seeking part time work in the evening and weekends. Their no real benefits except the ones imposed by the government (Obamacare). A chance to increase and decrease wages quarterly depending on auditing abilities

At least they offer health insurance. It's not very good in the sense that it doesn't cover much and is pretty expensive considering this is a part-time job but at least it's an option.

We were not offered anything, only for positions higher up.

There are no benefits at all unless you are an area manager and up

You have plenty of time off. This job is perfect for college kids.
