No paid sick time or vacation time no matter how long you work for them. (Except for some of the managers) Health insurance plan meets only the minimum standards, and is totally paid for by the employee. No shift differential for working 2nd or 3rd shift jobs (overnight jobs). No longevity pay (someone working for 20 years can have their pay cut to close to that of a new hire who has no experience and has no loyalty to the company).

There is no benefits package to mention for hourly employees. There is however a gamified bonus system in place that can provide financial intensive. Unfortunately it is designed in a similar fashion to many types of gambling. RGIS takes money employees have earned on top of regular pay due to a high level of efficiency at one event, and puts it in a pool. Participating employees win their part of the pool if they succeed at meeting high levels of efficiency at other events for that week, and lose it all if they don't outperform each weekly events minimums. Participation in this gaming system is not voluntary.

Is good at making Flexible Hours. Blackstone Market Place to get discounts at certain stores and online shopping websites including best buy, Wal-Mart and Amazon

vacation you are not allowed to take vacation in December and January.

You must be employed for 30 days before you can apply for benefits, and the package is not ideal.
