Interview
I was applying for entry level. Got programming test in 2 days. Finished the test and sent it back a week later. In half a day, I was given a phone interview the following week. The first phone interview was about experience with a senior recruiter. It was casual, no stress, the conversation was good as well. But I was told the following day they moved on to other candidates. I think I did good on programming test, and I was positive on the phone screen too. The only reason I can think of they moved on is my lack of experience, but if this is true, I feel they should have had a phone screen with me before the programming test.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bungie in Mar 2023

It is a 5 Round interview talking to a lot of different people about a wide range of engineering skills. The last round is a day long interview. Interviewers were clear and accommodating.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Bungie (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Very long process which took about 4 months form application to offer. Consisted of three technical phone screens and a virtual on-site loop. The loop spanned 9AM to 6PM consisting of six interviews with homework to be completed afterwards. Two behavioral, two design, one algorithms, and one testing. I received an offer approximately two weeks later and spent another four weeks negotiating for no gains despite presenting better offers from other companies.
Sent a coding test, was mostly C and C++. Following the programming, if you pass then you get another interview. I believe there's one more interview after that but I didn't get that far.
