Business Outlook

Pros

Middle and upper management have people skills and are approachable, you don't feel like a "number." Good amount of vacation starting out. Well designed and comfortable branches. They stay true to putting customer service first and are somewhat innovative i.e. side-by-side banking

Cons

Pay is simply too low compared to competitors which might contribute to seemingly high turnover rate. Health benefits are okay but not great. And if they want to be innovative I think they should go paperless asap
