No room for advancement in the company

Obligation to work some Saturdays (on a rotating schedule). Required to work during some federal holidays. It became emotionally draining for me, Rarely does someone call Customer Service because they're happy...

Uncompetitive pay and long hours for tellers

Below average pay unless you're in sales Required to work on more holidays than most other places

Pay was horribly low, benefits were expensive and almost 3rd world awful. Technology was absolutely deficient, and IT was awful. When you have to call IT for system help and their response is "what is that??", that is a problem. Management was awful. The bank doesn't care about their employees, nor do they hold any of their employees accountable for their actions. The bank is stuck in the 1950's and has a "snooty, holy than thou" additude but really, 1st Source is just a discount Wells Fargo.

The pay could be better. They make use work holidays that most banks have off.

Low pay, always short staffed, and the bank manager was never around. This company is definitely a jean day or pizza party as a reward kind of company.

Not enough break rooms or bathrooms or conference rooms

Pay is not very competitive at the retail level
