- Reasonable expectations upon employees - Personable staff, very supportive - Understanding managers - Willing to work with you to set goals: They are willing to give you salary pay bumps if you meet your goals (example: Certifications)

- Sometimes there is a sluggishness to implement new technology/practices for the good of the company. - The health care benefits left a lot to be desired.

Their company culture is good, there is minimal layoffs in bad times. The people you work with are generally good to be around.
Cons
They think the company culture is enough reason for people to stay, so they don’t pay nearly enough. They also require you to take the more expensive health insurance if you make over $25K regardless of how much you go to the doctor, which when you think about it, is not that much money. The deductible is still over $2500, so it’s definitely not worth it.
