Thanks for sharing this! We think that our teammate individuality and autonomy are key to delivering a unique and personal guest experience. As in many progressive organizations, 21c’s Human Resources department is centralized, allowing us to leverage all of our resources to benefit our teammates. So while some properties have HR on site and others not, our processes are easily accessible and promote resolutions at the department level with one’s direct manager, when possible. Of course HR can be reached by phone or email.

Pros

21c has a very positive work environment, and going to work never felt like a chore here. Fun people and never a dull day.

Cons

High turnover in management positions, so there were frequent process changes and new management styles to get acquainted with.
