Pros

It was a job and it paid my bills. Offered plenty of overtime. A few good managers in the bunch.

Cons

Low pay so you have to work the overtime to make ends meet. They promoted on the good ole boy system.

Cons

Horrible customers, technicians that don't care do horrible installments, lying sales reps, difficult to transfer from tech support to different department because of high turnover, dirty main area of call center
