Pros
Job is essentially very easy and straightforward. Always have something to do and everyone has different personalities that can make work fun and enjoyable.Technicians are knowledgeable and are good at what they do. There is a week of appreciation for all employees in the later part of the year.
Cons
Communication between management and departments is seriously lacking. Most everyone is doing their job, but because of the different personalities, there are a lot of disagreements and customers will suffer and be inconvenienced because of that. There are constant changes and meetings for those in the office are rare leaving most of us in the dark.Medical benefits are expensive.
