Cons

Over worked under appreciated management is in meetings more than not . Hostile office environment

Pros

Dependent working environment. Flexible work hours and good team oriented. Good Management all throughout the the store. (Home Depot & ARS)

Cons

Can be challenging at first when you begin to work independently. Not much advancement opportunities. Travel to locations and ARS on certain days of the week.
