The worst customer service I ever seen. Management is hardly ever in the office to handle a complaint from a customer. They actually don't care about the customer. They only thing they care about is SALES! PERIOD! Forget about repairing units. Just SELL! That's their attitude. Customer service is completely out the window. Not only that they don't value employees either! They will lay you off with absolutely no warning at all. Walk in one day and they tell you your job and benefits are over. Probably knowing well in advance what will happen but refuse to tell you. Absolutely heartless company

Decent pay and comraderie with team. Management in branch was good. Corporate sometimes liked to micromanage things.

Cons

There weren't really all that many cons. I was on call 7 days a week to manage my team so not as much work/life balance as one might want.

Usually are fine about taking days off, calling in sick every once in a while, being late. Employees at the same or similar level as you are decent.

Cons

Plenty of tasks not discussed whatsoever in the job description or during interview. Management doesn’t actually care about the employees or customers but make it seem like they do. It’s all money driven and that comes before anything else. One of the two supervisors is one of the worst managers I’ve seen/heard of.

Some of the technicians you meet are great and make your day go by faster. Its a foot in the door

Cons

This place as a whole is trash. I should've left way before I did. Management sucks all around. The pay isn't great.
