HR management helps out so much too with any questions/concerns you may have, especially just general help with HR related things such as healthcare benefits and what not...

Staff is easy to communicate with everyone works well together. There is opportunity to really make some additional incentive and bonus money if you are willing to put in the work. Upper management is open to ideas and are welcoming.
