Pros

Coworkers are good to work with and the team of managers is better than other places I have worked. They have a really solid approach to pay so we have ability to earn good money. The benefits are not bad either.

Cons

Retirement match is not the best. Company car is hard to get because of back orders and delays. Some favortism but that is normal anywhere to a point.

none- zip zilch nada. The only pro is when you leave

Hprrible management. Condescending, rude and degrading. No support from H R. Corporate doesnt care. Managers will talk about one employee with another, no training because theres" no time" and they have the audacity to nose through an employees personal space and HR and corporate excuse it. They should be ashamed.

Pros

Customer service manager is very professional, very family oriented and personable. He trains and motivates staff to perform effectively, while also creating an environment where employees feel valuable to the company.

Cons

He is always there to help every department, so sometimes he is unavailable when his department needs his immediate help.

Cons

GM ( Unique Services )needs some social and communication training in order to interact more efficiently to other managers. It takes a team to be successful.

Pros

ARS as a company attempts to give back. You can make good money but the company owns you.

Cons

Leadership strongly “encourages” its managers and employees to write positive reviews in order to lift the ratings from all of the negative reviews. It didn’t feel natural and our VP pushed it. Moral is terrible. Upper management is willing to drive employees into the ground in order to get results. A demotivating environment.

Flexible schedule, good pay, no on call shift, the managers really seems to care about us. It’s nice to feel appreciated
