Lack of Communication and Less Interest in the lives of their employees Lack of training

Most trucks are trashed and not well taken care of and smell of feces and urine. Management doesn’t communicate well with each other which wreaks havoc with any company and their employees. It’s a sales job- you’re trying to up sale your “ drain cleaning service “ which are subject to outrageous prices because of “urgency” calls. The company has high standards for grooming but put you in a 10 year old truck that has paint chipping and rust everywhere. Filling out paper work twice for each job which is redundant but guess why you do it? To make sure the company is covered with the customer signing At least 3+ times every service. If none of that bothers you- get in there they would love to train you to be a drain cleaning / plumbing salesperson.

not enough pay for what you have to go through with customers

The only down side I have of working for ARS is our facility and equipment. We are a small location in Wilmington, NC so our office furniture is a bit old. Training is another area , some of use get left behind when it comes to updates due to the slow communication we tend to have.

Stressful, demanding, no work life balance

Long hours, highly overworked Terrible work-life balance Forceful management EXTREMELY strict on safety in company vehicles (e.g., in trouble for braking too hard or accelerating too quickly)

- Rude/condescending management - Micromanaging - No customer service from management - No accountability from management - Little to no training - Poor company values: they do NOT care for customers AT ALL. They prioritize their appointments based off of how much money they are projected to make not who called first, etc.
