If I have to put a Con.. I would ask for better communication with between co-workers and support staff.

70 hour work weeks. They expect you to work on holidays. Not great leads. You spend most of your time running trade show leads. The managers are not good at training. The reason the Sales Manager is so bad at training is due to the fact that the manager has never been an in-home salesperson. Would you ever hire a golf instructor who has never played a round of golf?

Can be some longer hours, but you are well compensated for your time

Weather has an affect on business.

If you are not part of the 'club'...you are out. No training or continued professional education...just keep hitting the numbers over and over and over.

Rude, co descendinv management bvb who complain aboug other employees behind their backs, no training, expect people to just guess and then management gets mad when its done wrong. Oh and they will nose through your personal property without just cause. And management and corporate defend it- its no problem Horrible place to work.

I think there could have been a little more training up front. Despite that, I've always gotten my questions answered and the help I needed!
