Exactly what everyone else has said. Save yourself. There is no work life balance - you can be "asked" to stay until 6-7 at night same day after being expected to be there at 7 AM with no/minimal lunch break. The managers and leadership is a joke - whether it is a manager who plays ping pong all day long, or the manager who has the reputation as the Grim Reaper since half of his team left in 2 months due to his behavior, to senior management that turns a blind eye. With an average product that is severely over priced and arbitrarily assigned territories, the fear of being fired is rampant and not even necessarily uncalled for. Retention is non-existent. No one is happy and even the "top producers" are job hunting.
