Great people and an awesome job if you like to work alone!

Cons

Horrible working conditions, short notice on schedule changes and/or mandatory overtime. Lack of help from supervisers.

Pros

good if you want to get into the call center customer service field and gain experience and knowledge of how everything normally works in a call center as a customer service agent.

Cons

a lot of cons, but if you don't mind the drama, and just keep your head down and do the work, cons should not bother you.

Great first job for someone who has no work experience at all to add experience to their resume and skill set

Cons

Pay is very poor for what is expected of you, you start at $9 an hour, all calls are for collections
