Pros

The pay is consistent get a pay check every two weeks You get to dress nice

Cons

The supervisors and leads as well as the directors are always on different pages, no consistency. No one knows what their doing to help you, you get in trouble for doing the same thing the person sitting right beside you does. It is high school all over again just with adults. Their are people who are on drugs and they need a better system for drug testing. The site director is very judgmental towards an employee.

Easy job to do but environment was not the best.

Pros

Work was repetitive so most calls were quite easy to navigate. There was plenty of overrtime available if looking for extra cash.

Cons

Had to deal with irrate/difficult customers. You need to be extremely patient and not take it personally. If you can't take people cursing at you and screaming at you then stay far away from this job.

Pros

Some of the people who work at act are decent, other than that I have no praise at all.

Cons

You are better off working fast food. Benefits are horrible, if you have a family and opt for insurance you pretty much dont have a paycheck. They treat employees like crap. Drugs are everywhere. Health code violations. Crappy equipment. You start at $8.00/hr. Seriously avoid this place if you want a decent future. Training is rushed, so when you have a question about a product no one knows.
