Pros

The benefits are the only thing that’s right about this place. And I can’t really explain too much on those because I didn’t use them.

Cons

Breaks, hours, shifts, the environment. So hectic everyone has favorites and if you’re not one of the chosen ones you will get messed over in the end. And for the salary and the hours it is most definitely not worth all the stress this job puts you through. The calls aren’t bad at all, the environment is trash.

Pros

If you need a paycheck urgently and have been looking for a while this would be the place to go as they will hire anybody and give you training as well as a full time job.

Cons

Managers who use fowl language towards their subordinates. Constant schedule changes. Low pay. No benefits unless you pay for your own insurance. Lack of seriousness and profesionalism in general amongst employees and managers.

Pros

Close to home and a paycheck

Cons

There is a lot of politics in the call center, if they like you, you can advance to other areas. If they don't like you doesn't matter how hard you work or how good you are you won't advance. The Restrooms are constantly closed due to plumbing issues and most of the times very nasty. Very stressful, they keep changing policy without informing reps, they also change schedules without informing you. Most of the supervisors don't care about helping you, at times there isn't a supervisor on the floor to help or to get their authorization to do an adjustment if one is needed. They will make things up to fire you and then deny you unemployment which in turn you will have to file an appeal. They hire anyone that walks in the door. Training is basic at best.
