- Incredibly bright and exciting team - Great pay and benefits - Super cool office/campus (located in American Tobacco campus) - Rapidly growing company with tons of opportunity

Cons

- Commute from Raleigh to Durham is pretty brutal ~50 minutes with traffic, ~25 w/o

Culture is big focus with specific focus on personal and professional growth The team is very supportive of each other and goes out of their way to help colleagues succeed Innovative and passionate leaders that know their crafts Give merit based advancement opportunity, especially within sales and customer success Great benefits, probably the best I've ever come across

Cons

There can be a lack of focus at times because the team is so smart and motivated, but so far it has worked Because it's a young company, they haven't figured out how to empower everyone yet
