Pros

Really exciting product to be working with! Generous benefits & PTO! Doing a lot of work on culture and people right now which is awesome. Has a lot of opportunity for the future in terms of product and the organization's development. If you're ready to work hard and be evaluated on your performance and output, not just being a warm body, this can be a great place!

Cons

Startup life can be challenging. Communication can be delayed or missed, and we're doing a lot of work asynchronously, which can be bothersome for people. There are a few cultural issues with how people handle change, but I am confident that this is getting better.

Pros

It's really exciting to be part of a company with a great mission to help humans be more human and is actually making robots that work! In the last year or so we've expanded the leadership to get some really great talent in the door and take us to the next phase of our journey. It's also so impressive to have so many Female executives in the most senior positions of a cutting edge technology company! We also have some great benefits, like a 6% 401k match, which is pretty unheard of for a company at our stage.

Cons

The company is a startup and going through a new phase. We are bigger and actually making a product for customers, which means we have more people involved in decision making. We also do not have all of our processes fully baked out, which is a pro for some that like building the foundation but a con for others. Not everyone wants to make this transition or is able to, which has led to some sour feelings. A lot of people that were really disgruntled have left though, so it feels like the overall happiness level is increasing!

Pros

Agility has a lot of exciting but difficult technical challenges that we're working on currently, so the work itself is extremely rewarding and impactful. I enjoy working closely with everyone here and find my teammates to be extremely talented with many diverse backgrounds, so I think that has helped with fostering a sense of learning and creativity. I've also been able to expand my skills and advance my career within a very supportive and collaborative environment which has been an overall great experience so far!

Cons

Being a robotics start-up, it's definitely fast-paced with a lot of opportunity to take on more, so you'll need to be able to adapt quickly and prioritize carefully. That being said, there's also a lot of opportunity to have heavy influence and impact.
