pay isn't very good, benefits are poor, and need to be with company for 10 years before you qualify for 3 weeks paid vacation

Management has changed direction several times lately and it leaves the sales team not knowing what to do To make money in Sales your rates are no longer competitive Company has fired some good quality people Many Management People have resigned, if they weren't fired Many people in sales who have stayed are doing so because of a non-compete Too many mixed messages from upper management not a good work environment

Low pay, tons of work, all teams are always struggling just to stay afloat.

Poor pay, old equipment, high turnover rate. The lack of employees makes everything twice as hard. The pay is the worst part, they promise the world and throw you a crumb. Definitely don't recommend.
