Akumin acquired this place they are ruthless and dont care about their people. the CEO is like a greedy Robot and Akumin is currentky destroying the culture. Akumin laid oeople off during the pandemic unlike Alliance which furloughed people and helped bring them back to.work. Alumin just laid people off and locked them out of their computers within hours ..we will need to interview and we didnt even have time to print any of the proof of our work No chance to inform doctors and service line staff that we are laid off. We are professionals with real service relationships and Akumin hurt themselves by letting down providers. disgusting company, no notice so we could prepare for our future. They will and often do treat current employees and patients the same way..with no regard that they are the subject of a life. Apply at Shield, the old Alliance cumture is dying and Akumin is crummy!
