Pros

Lots of very nice coworkers that make it bearable to work there until you find a better job.

Cons

You will never get paid for all of the hard work that you are required to put in to satisfy the needs of the company. Sadly most people work there because it's better than being unemployed. But as far as making enough to keep of with the cost of living, don't count on it. Benefits are available but you won't make enough money to buy them for your family.

One of the very few companies that promote from within. Lots of overtime available. Professional and friendly supervisors.
