Benefits and pay are not competetive

- Pay is abysmal and benefits are poor. Health insurance switched in my second year and personal medical costs went way, way up. No 401(k) match, Limited amount of FTO before you must take unpaid time if you become ill, etc. Pay raises were very poor, and even with them plus a retention bonus, the pay doesn't even approach the market rate. Requests for pay/ benefits increases are ignored. - "Top-Heavy" management structure; there are members of the quality department and management constantly reviewing specialists' performance on calls and documentation, but there are never enough specialists available to take calls, and the high employee turnover rate leads to 1-2 departures nearly every business quarter, so this puts additional burden on the frontline staff to complete more and more tasks while improving quality. There is no merit-based system of pay increases. Not much of a point to this practice. - "Who is in charge here?" - On-call duties are frivolous and extremely poorly compensated.

While the job is not so hard, most of upper Management doesn't care enough to make the necessary changes that will make your job easier as there are so many applications you need to know about. The pay is not worth the amount of work you need to do.

Awful pay which is below what any other company is paying. Benefits are terrible. Bare minimum vacation time and no other benefits. The job where I will be going to is giving me a home office allowance, internet reimbursement and tuition reimbursement.

Where to begin. Management is terrible and so out of touch with their employees. Pay rate is way below market rate. Turnover is so high with average of 3-4 people leaving monthly. I have seen pharmacies better staffed. Management does not care or have any concerns with this issue and no steps are implemented to address the concerns. More than half of the team works fully remote while they require others to work hybrid. If employees are doing the same work, why should certain employees still be required to stick to hybrid schedule???? There is no support at all with this company. You know it is an issue when employees are willing to go back to retail pharmacy..........

Company promised stability but did not follow through. Company terminated employees without prior notice and credible reason.
