The Human Resources Department will harass an employee if that employee reports an abusive supervisor. ASH has a no retaliation policy, yet employees are retaliated against and harassed and team members don't stand up for one another due to fear of that retaliation. Many teams are toxic. Raises are minuscule. Some supervisor are passive aggressive and like to yell at their teams. Compared to other companies I've worked at, ASH has fewer holidays than most other companies.

Where do I begin? If you have come this far you have read negative review after negative review. I have worked in call centers for nearly a decade and I can say without a doubt this is the most vile and most disgusting steaming pile of crap ever in the industry. If you enjoy being treated as “meat in a seat” (direct quote from a supervisor), by all means work here. This company lies as a matter of course. It’s simply what they do. It’s a reflex. After serving my time there, I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. If you want to sell your soul and be an butt kisser, you might have a future. I am surprised that they don’t having a revolving door as an entrance. Maybe they did once and all of the people leaving caused it to spin off into the parking lot. Please take my advice and don’t even bother to interview. If you do interview be happy if you are told you aren’t a “good fit”. Apply elsewhere!
