Thank you for your feedback. We take employee feedback very seriously at Angi and have implemented many programs to encourage a consistent manager feedback loop. We encourage managers to hold weekly 1:1 conversations with their employees and everyone is required to have quarterly performance reviews to ensure employees have context into role expectations, individual performance & company goals. We have rolled out OKRs to help align goals and results org wide and we hold annual compensation reviews to ensure our employees are paid competitively to the market.
