Pros

It's not hard at all as long as you can be nice to ANYONE. The hours are flexible. The staff is cool.

Cons

When it is fast the calls wont stop. When it is slow it is the most boring day ever.

Pros

If you underachieve, it is rewarded.

Cons

When you accept a job here, you are expected to continue training throughout your employment to take calls for all the clients. However, it is rapidly made clear that if you do pursue advancement in this place that it is discouraged. "Up-and-comers" are met with blatant hostility as this workplace only seeks to use people who have no where else to go for work. I was hired with minimum pay and given only a $.50 pay increase for managerial work. The owner is blatantly negative and dismissive toward any ideas or plans for improvement. Working here is the epitome of a waste of life.
