Pros

The people in general are nice. The work isn't very difficult although it can be taxing when you get several disgruntled callers in a row. The dress code is pretty relaxed and their is a little room for advancement if you apply yourself.

Cons

The pay is horrible. Even when you advance the pay increase is barely a pittance. Also, at the particular office I work at their is a lot of gossip among the staff. Personally I keep to myself and stay out of it, but I hear it constantly, everyone talks about everyone.

Pros

Good employees but something they may start lots of drama. If you're don't like being watched by 200 cameras at work, do not work here

Cons

Low pay no matter what your experience is. Every one gets paid minimum wage.
