Pros

Will work around other work schedules. Hires above minimum wage. Supervisors are there to give advice.

Cons

Periodical lay-offs due to insignificant work load. No benefits currently.

Friendly People, Leaders in the Telemarketing field, a lot of locations to choose to work at

A little disorganized at higher levels, One plus ones handle too many sites to truly understand what is going on at each.

Pros

It was a great company to come in and get your foot in the door. Great learning opportunity and experience. The people were always friendly and nice. I put in a lot of hard work and valued my experience. You can see where your work makes a difference.

Cons

The pay was not that great. The office was pretty gossipy. Not necessarily a place where I felt I could grow my career.
