Good pay Decent amount of PTO (3 weeks)

Cons

Management does not listen to criticism or problem solving. Toxic culture (if you aren't always turned on and available or working you are second class). Extremely disorganized. Do not train their individuals. Management often oversteps and goes around key individuals. Communication is non-existent. Understaffed. Benefits are sub par. Limited processes to have sites run smooth.
