Excessive sexist/racist/homophobic behavior that's encouraged/dismissed by management, executives, and HR Management only hires/promotes their buddies/kids No information on how to move up in company or pay ranges Managers refusing to train and dismissive

Pros

Apollo Mechanical Contractors is a wonderful place to work. They are helpful and push people to do there best while respecting their employees. They also are family oriented and understand the needs of their employees when it comes to taking care of their family. It has great benefits and always allows for growth and more income.

Cons

Sometimes work can slow down in the industry which may lead to lay offs but they typically will rehire the folks they have laid off as soon as things pick back up.
