They have good benefits and insurance

Cons

The environment at this company is the most toxic, and mentally abusive place I have ever been. If you work here it will literally take a toll on yourself as a person. “Building People Who Build Great Things” is their motto, but in reality all they do is promote toxicity and evil people. Stay away from this company at all costs!

Pros

Variety of projects. There are some nice people that care about what they do. Company has potential. Great starting point. If you're related to anyone, you'll be fine. If you're a man, you should also be fine.

Cons

Management. Nepotism is rampant in this company. It is known throughout the company, the top does not feel women belong in managerial roles. If you are a women and wanting to excel in your construction career, find another company or you'll be doing the work for others to rise up through the ranks.

Pros

Located in multiple states Variety of jobs from commercial to gov. Met some great people Fairly good salary

Cons

Management needs to change. Easily promote those who don't work hard while bypassing those that continuously save projects. If you're looking to advance your career, find another company. Professional 40 is also more like professional 65 hrs a week at salary pay. Lots of nepotism in the company doesn't help either. Apollo has the right mission statement just needs to apply it rather than it just being words.
