The upper management was very out of touch with their organization, and because of it made very poor choices that hurt their work and employees. The workers do not feel valued. I was one of many employees who were able to find other work so we could get out of the company as we saw that it was heading downhill. I found out that a lot of people have left since me, and more are looking to leave for the same reasons. Unless some big management changes happen, this company's future does not look very bright. The company could have some potential if the right people called the shots.

Upper Management - All C level executives and board members only cared about their dollar and never once for the employee. Everything is micromanaged - Everything.... Bad Pay - For the work that is demanded from each employee, the compensation is a joke. Little to no creative freedom - If someone has an idea of how something could be made better, their idea will most likely not be taken into consideration on the final line.
